Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Modern SaaS businesses increasingly differentiate through how reliably they can turn subscription activity into trusted financial data. This Business Systems Analyst III role sits at that intersection, owning NetSuite administration and the integrations that connect billing, procurement, payroll, and reporting—work that underpins clean Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report flows in a global software context.
From a SaaS career perspective, the role builds durable systems expertise that travels well across subscription companies: ERP configuration, change control, audit readiness, and automation via workflows and integration platforms. It also offers a strong vantage point into how finance, accounting, and operational teams depend on shared data models—an increasingly important skill set as SaaS firms standardize revenue processes and improve data quality for decision-making.
This position is best suited to an experienced systems-minded analyst who enjoys translating accounting needs into scalable technical solutions and is comfortable being the primary internal partner for Finance. It will appeal to professionals who prefer structured problem-solving, documentation, and disciplined release management, while still collaborating across functions to reduce manual work and improve end-to-end reliability.
