Job Description: Account Director – CCaaS & AI Enterprise Sales (Turkey)
Position Overview
The Account Director for Turkey will drive strategic enterprise sales of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and AI-powered customer experience solutions. This role is responsible for accelerating cloud adoption and AI transformation across leading Turkish enterprises in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, travel, and public services. The ideal candidate possesses deep enterprise sales expertise, strong executive relationships in the Turkish market, and a successful track record selling complex cloud or AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Strategy & Execution
Own and achieve revenue targets for CCaaS and AI offerings across an assigned portfolio of Turkish enterprise accounts.
Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and closure, engaging C-level leaders including CIO, CTO, COO, Chief Customer Officer, AI and Contact Center Directors.
Build and execute territory and account plans aligned to the unique dynamics of the Turkish enterprise and public sectors.
Manage multi-stakeholder engagements across IT, operations, procurement, compliance, and business units.
AI & CCaaS Solution Leadership
Position AI-driven automation, conversational AI, generative AI, agent-assist solutions, and digital routing within the local market context.
Shape solution vision and architecture in collaboration with sales engineering, product, and delivery.
Demonstrate thought leadership on cloud migration, digital transformation, and next-generation CX modernization trends in Turkey.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, industry events, and partner collaboration.
Maintain strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, and CRM best practices.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key industry stakeholders in banking, alliances , retail, and public services.
Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with Turkish system integrators, BPOs, telco partners, and technology resellers to drive co-selling motions.
Support partner enablement and joint planning to maximize regional coverage and customer value.
Leverage the ecosystem to accelerate cloud transformation initiatives.
Customer Success & Long-Term Growth
Guide customers through transformation journeys, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization.
Identify avenues for migrations to cloud and cross-sell across AI, analytics, digital channels, and workforce engagement solutions.
Participate in quarterly business reviews and executive workshops to shape ongoing strategy.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise software or cloud sales experience,.
Proven success selling into major Turkish enterprises (banking, telco, retail, e-commerce, transportation, government).
Strong existing network of executive-level relationships within the Turkish business landscape.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed multi-million-dollar quotas.
Experience navigating complex procurement processes common in large Turkish enterprises.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
High business acumen, with the ability to build ROI models and digital transformation narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multinational SaaS or CCaaS providers operating in Turkey.
Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks related to data residency, cloud adoption, and contact center operations.
Strong partner relationships with leading Turkish SIs, telcos, and consulting firms.
Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
Success Metrics
Achievement of annual sales quota and revenue targets.
Growth of market share across Turkish enterprise sectors.
Expansion within key accounts with measurable AI and CCaaS adoption.
Forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
