We're looking for an Illustrator star for its top-notch, industry-leading product to join our Monetization team. As part of our dream team, you will receive everything you can think of from super friendly and creative co-workers and a strong focus on your development.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for in-game events and promotions
- Conceptualize, develop and execute art assets to completion
- Collaborate with the game development team to understand art requirements and concepts
- Use AI tools, academic art skills, and advanced techniques to create high-quality artwork and graphics
- Experiment with different AI algorithms and technologies to enhance artworks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI art
- Help develop and improve AI tools and pipelines for the art department
- Receive feedback and requests from team lead, and make necessary adjustments to the art assets producedIncorporate feedback and requests from the team lead to refine and adjust the created art assets
- Able to plan the creation of multiple art assets to meet the needs and deadlines of numerous stakeholders’ time-sensitive projects
- Research new design ideas and stay on top of newest design software
- Maintain and evolve brand graphics standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Game Art
- Strong ability to design in a fast-paced environment, manage timelines, multi-task and collaborate with quick turn around times
- Strong drawing, render, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities
- Proficiency in Photoshop, AI creative tools, and digital art software
- Knowledge of AI algorithms and techniques for generating and manipulating visual content
- Quick sketching methods and attention to detail
- Understanding of design principles
