Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
GTM Engineering is emerging as a distinct SaaS discipline: part revenue operations, part software engineering, and increasingly AI-enabled. This role sits at that intersection, focused on building the “decisioning” layer across a modern B2B GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce) rather than administering tools. In a SaaS company selling into engineering/FinOps stakeholders, the emphasis on data flow, enrichment, and automation reflects how product-led signals and commercial execution are converging.
For a long-term SaaS career, the work builds durable leverage: designing integrations, maintaining data integrity, and translating business questions into pipelines and workflows. Experience deploying LLM-based agents for prospect research and personalization is also broadly transferable as more SaaS teams operationalise AI in go-to-market systems. The role’s scope—connecting experimentation with governance—maps closely to how scaling SaaS organisations professionalise growth without losing measurement quality.
This position tends to suit someone who prefers building systems end-to-end and iterating through measurable outcomes, with comfort moving between code, tooling, and stakeholder needs. It aligns well with professionals who want a technical track within GTM, especially those motivated by ambiguous data problems and the craft of turning fragmented signals into reliable automation.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Employment Type
Full time
Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses—and one of the hardest to manage.
At Finout, we’re not just shedding light on spend—we’re giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud.
We’re trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started.
If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast—we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
At Finout, we've built a powerful cloud cost management platform designed to help engineering and FinOps teams take control of their spend—without the guesswork. With customers like Wiz, Lyft, SiriusXM, and The New York Times, we're growing fast and looking for sharp, curious minds to help us lead the charge.
We're searching for a GTM Engineer who’s obsessed with treating Revenue Operations as a product. We aren't looking for someone to just "manage HubSpot"—we are looking for a builder to architect the unified decision engine that powers our next phase of growth.
If you have a knack for building complex integrations that drive demand, designing AI agents that automate personalized outreach, and solving the "impossible" data problems that sit between Growth and Ops, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a creative, technical thinker who thrives in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment, especially if you have experience bridging the gap between raw code and revenue strategy.
We offer a competitive salary. Salary range will be around $160,000 annually, with a bonus for direct experience building AI agents for GTM workflows.
What you’ll do:
Architect the Growth Engine: Own the planning, development, and execution of complex data pipelines across our GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce). You will ensure that data doesn't just "sync," but intelligently flows to inform decisions.
Build & Deploy AI Agents: Design and implement autonomous AI agents (using Python/LLMs) that handle lead research, outbound personalization, and signal processing. (Requires 2+ years of experience in AI implementation).
Orchestrate Inbound & Outbound: Engineer the workflows that allow us to scale our motions. You will build the logic that determines if a prospect gets a personalized email, an ad, or a human call—automating the "decisioning" layer of our funnel.
Bridge Ops and Growth: Serve as the technical translator between the Growth team’s high-velocity experiments and the Ops team’s governance requirements. You will build the API connectors and scripts that allow us to move fast without breaking our data hygiene.
-
Data Enrichment & Integrity: Manage advanced enrichment waterfalls (e.g., in Clay) to surface high-intent signals and ensure our CRM data is actionable and pristine.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in AI implementation (specifically building agents/LLM workflows).
Technical Proficiency: experience with Python and building API connectors or scripts to move data between platforms.
GTM Stack Expertise: Deep familiarity with tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce and Zapier.
The "Builder" Mentality: You enjoy solving "impossible" data problems and building systems from the ground up rather than just maintaining them.
Operational Excellence: Ability to balance high-speed experimentation with data hygiene and governance.
Culture Fit: Positive attitude, high energy, and a tendency to cringe when hearing someone say “that’s not part of my job description.”
What We Offer
Finout is excited to offer a variety of benefits for our employees in NYC, including:
Private Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Financial Future: 401K Plan.
Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working model (3 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office) and Unlimited PTO.
Growth: An amazing opportunity to learn and grow alongside a team of rockstars.
Our Values
We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.
