Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Motive operates a mature, multi-vertical SaaS platform that combines workflow software with AI to support physical-operations customers at significant scale. This coordinator role sits close to the operational backbone that keeps product-adjacent teams aligned—where reliability, clear handoffs, and consistent execution matter as much as the software itself. In SaaS businesses serving regulated or safety-sensitive industries, disciplined coordination becomes a lever for quality and customer impact.
For a SaaS career, the role builds fluency in how recurring-delivery organizations run day to day: tracking work across stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and translating leadership intent into team-level plans. Exposure to tooling such as G Suite (and potentially Jira/SQL) supports transferable operating skills that apply across SaaS functions, from customer operations to product support and data-enabled program coordination. The emphasis on closing communication gaps mirrors a common scaling challenge in subscription businesses.
This position best suits someone who prefers structured work, enjoys keeping multiple threads moving, and is comfortable acting as a central point of contact when priorities shift. It can fit early-career professionals building operational credibility, as well as experienced coordinators who want closer proximity to leadership decision-making within a SaaS environment, in an onsite, shift-based setup.
