Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Picsart Flow sits at the intersection of consumer SaaS and creator tooling, where product experience directly influences adoption and subscription outcomes. Featuring a senior, hands-on product design role in this context signals work that spans web and mobile surfaces and touches core workflows rather than peripheral UI polish. The remit also reflects a broader shift in SaaS product development toward AI-enabled prototyping and faster validation cycles.
For a SaaS design career, the role offers repeated exposure to the full loop of hypothesis, design, measurement, and iteration—particularly relevant in products where activation, onboarding, and retention are first-order concerns. Close partnership with growth, monetization, product marketing, analytics, and engineering is a durable pattern across mature SaaS organizations, and experience navigating those interfaces tends to transfer well to other subscription businesses and platform products.
This position is best suited to a designer who prefers leading through craft over people management and is comfortable being accountable for end-to-end outcomes. It will fit someone who enjoys data-informed decision-making, practical experimentation (including coded prototypes), and collaborating across functions to refine user journeys in a high-usage SaaS environment.

Job Description
At Picsart, creators are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that delivering exceptional creator experiences is key to our success. Our Design disciplines, Product Design, User Research, and UX Writing, shape these experiences and help define what’s next for Picsart.
In this role, you’ll design and shape features that impact millions of users daily. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, with opportunities to reimagine flagship features and craft new ones. - Put Users First: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure your designs are intuitive, impactful, and grounded in real user behaviors and needs.
- Prototype with AI + code: Move from sketch → wireframe → coded prototype fast using Figma and Cursor to validate concepts with users and telemetry.
- Leverage Data to drive design: Partner with analysts and product managers to translate data insights into actionable design improvements that align with Picsart’s goals.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with growth, monetization, product marketing, and engineering teams to implement designs and maintain a cohesive user experience across touchpoints.
- Raise the bar: Push for excellence in design standards, delivering work that inspires your peers and elevates the overall product experience.
What You'll Bring

- Expertise in Figma and AI tools to enhance the design process.
- Familiarity with front-end code and vibe coding for rapid design prototyping.
- Strong visual design skills—typography, layout, motion, or illustration.
- Experience improving user flows (specifically for activation, onboarding, and retention).
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- A compelling portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking and examples of successful impact you've had.
Good To Have
- Experience working with marketing teams or creative agencies, with a deep understanding of their workflows and needs.
