Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Associate, Content Strategy & Operations role sits at the intersection of content portfolio strategy and operating cadence—work that increasingly resembles how subscription and ad-supported SaaS businesses manage product lines and performance. The remit spans evaluation of new “bets” (acquisitions, originals, formats) and the operational infrastructure needed to make decisions repeatable, measurable, and comparable across initiatives.
For a SaaS-oriented career, the most durable value here is the blend of analytical rigor and cross-functional execution. Building business cases, tracking performance metrics, and creating visibility into pipeline spend and forecasts mirrors the operating system behind recurring-revenue businesses: instrumentation, prioritization, and governance. The exposure to FP&A, analytics, advertising, partnerships, and business operations provides a practical view of how strategy becomes operating decisions through shared metrics and narrative.
The role is best suited to early-career professionals who enjoy structured problem solving, financial modeling, and turning ambiguous inputs into decision-ready materials. It favors people comfortable working across creative and analytical stakeholders, and those who like improving workflows rather than only producing one-off analyses.
