Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Manager, Campaign Program Management role stands out because it sits at the operational core of a modern SaaS go to market motion, where integrated campaigns must be delivered consistently across digital channels, events, and web experiences. The remit to build a centralized Campaign Program Management function and a Campaign Center of Excellence signals a mature marketing organization investing in repeatable execution, governance, and measurement rather than one off launches.
For SaaS professionals, the long term value is exposure to the systems that make pipeline generation reliable at scale. Owning workflow from strategy brief to launch, defining standards in tools like Asana or Jira, and tightening lead capture and routing maps directly to how subscription businesses reduce friction between marketing and sales. The emphasis on operational metrics, cycle times, and automation also builds transferable capability in marketing operations and program leadership across SaaS environments.
This role is best suited to a practitioner who prefers structured problem solving, stakeholder alignment, and team enablement over individual contributor campaign ownership. It will fit someone comfortable translating strategy into process, setting service levels, and coaching program managers while partnering closely with creative, web, and channel teams.
