Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Business Development Representative role sits at a classic SaaS growth lever: turning early interest and targeted outreach into qualified pipeline for the sales organisation. With coverage focused on the DACH market from a London base, it highlights how SaaS teams build repeatable revenue across geographies by pairing local language fluency with consistent qualification standards and tight handoffs to Account Executives.
For a long-term SaaS career, the work builds durable fundamentals in pipeline mechanics, including lead research, persona-based messaging, and structured discovery that maps pain points to product value. The remit also signals exposure to iteration cycles that are common in modern SaaS go-to-market teams, where outreach approaches are tested, measured, and refined in partnership with marketing and sales leadership. Those skills translate well across SaaS segments because they are anchored in process, metrics, and cross-functional feedback loops.
This role best fits someone who prefers a measured, methodical approach to prospecting and enjoys turning ambiguity into a prioritised outreach plan. It suits early-career commercial talent looking to deepen core SaaS sales craft, particularly those motivated by continuous improvement and comfortable collaborating closely with Account Executives and marketing stakeholders.
