Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Within enterprise SaaS, partner ecosystems often determine distribution, credibility, and product adoption. This role stands out because it centers communications on that ecosystem, shaping how joint outcomes with SIs, ISVs, cloud partners, and alliances are presented to the market. The additional public sector focus adds another SaaS-relevant dimension: translating technical and regulatory context into narratives that can travel across campaigns, events, and stakeholder groups.
For a SaaS communications career, the work builds durable skills in cross-functional orchestration and narrative architecture. Partner-led PR requires aligning multiple brands, approval paths, and incentives while maintaining message consistency, a pattern that repeats across most mature SaaS go-to-market motions. Exposure to public sector priorities also develops fluency in higher-stakes messaging, where accuracy and governance considerations influence how stories are told.
This position fits professionals who prefer owning outcomes end to end and who are comfortable coordinating across corporate communications, partner marketing, product, legal, and external partners. It suits someone who likes working from strategy through execution, with judgment-driven decision-making when timelines are tight and stakeholder inputs compete. It is also a strong match for communicators who enjoy making complex B2B technology stories clear without flattening nuance.

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.
Snowflake is seeking a highly proactive and collaborative Public Relations Manager to lead communications for our partner ecosystem, with a supporting focus on Snowflake’s Public Sector business. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Communications, and sits at the intersection of partners, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong judgment and the ability to manage complex, multi-party relationships.
Approximately 70% of this role will focus on developing and executing partner-driven PR programs across Snowflake’s ecosystem—including global SIs, ISVs, cloud partners, and strategic alliances—while roughly 30% will support partner and campaign efforts specific to public sector priorities. Success in this role depends on the ability to move quickly, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate nuanced relationships and organizational dynamics under tight timelines.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Partner Ecosystem
Drive strategy development and lead execution for high-impact public relations programs that advance Snowflake’s global partner ecosystem, including joint announcements, integrated campaign moments, events, and thought leadership.
Lead and orchestrate partner-inclusive PR initiatives end-to-end, serving as the primary driver and point of accountability across Snowflake teams and external partners.
Manage complex partner relationships with sensitivity to overlapping interests, approvals, and influence dynamics.
Proactively identify partner storytelling opportunities that reinforce Snowflake’s strategic priorities.
Develop messaging, press materials, and partner-ready narratives that clearly articulate joint value.
Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines while balancing speed, accuracy, and relationship considerations.
Maintain message consistency across Snowflake- and partner-led communications.
Public Sector
Drive proactive and strategic PR campaigns, tied to Snowflake’s Public Sector business, with a focus on government, education, and regulated industries - across partner, industry, and Snowflake events.
Create and collaborate with public sector marketing and government affairs teams to drive new campaign opportunities and ensure compelling, accurate, and relevant messaging.
Help translate technical, regulatory, and policy-driven topics into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences.
Partner closely with partner marketing, corporate communications, customer marketing, product, government affairs, and legal teams to execute integrated campaigns.
OUR IDEAL PUBLIC RELATIONS LEAD – PARTNERS AND PUBLIC SECTOR WILL HAVE:
4–6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related roles (in-house experience required), with a demonstrated ability to shape and evolve partner-driven programs—not just run them.
Deep understanding of B2B technology ecosystems, with a point of view on how partners can be positioned more creatively and strategically within go-to-market narratives.
Highly proactive, strategic self-starter who anticipates what’s next, surfaces new ideas, and independently pushes work forward in alignment with key objectives.
Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and challenge assumptions, navigate complex stakeholder and partner relationships, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments with tact and nuance.
A personal and professional growth mindset, who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation settings, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining momentum, creativity, and quality under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with the public sector, government, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
This role requires remote and in-office work at our preferred Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA office.
