Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Learning and Development and Coaching Intern role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of product-driven scale and enablement. In subscription businesses, consistent onboarding, internal training, and coaching systems directly support adoption, customer outcomes, and operational consistency across functions. The emphasis on digital learning content and LMS administration reflects how SaaS organisations increasingly treat learning as an instrumented, repeatable workflow rather than ad hoc training.
For someone building a SaaS career, the work offers early exposure to the mechanics behind scalable teams: translating knowledge into reusable assets, tracking engagement, and iterating based on data. Experience working with learning platforms, reporting on completion and effectiveness, and contributing to program design builds a foundation that transfers across SaaS environments, from customer education and enablement to people operations and internal communications.
The position is best suited to a student who prefers structured project work and enjoys turning complex information into clear, usable materials. It will appeal to candidates who like combining creativity with measurement, and who want a practical view of how SaaS companies operationalise learning at an international level through systems, content, and coaching frameworks.
