Job Description
As the Compensation Analyst, you will work as part of the Revenue Operations Frontline Strategy team. A successful analyst is analytical, quick thinking, and excited to make an impact. Typical tasks range from preparing regular compensation and supporting global compensation strategy to project management. Your tasks will include:
- Support in Enacting established compensation for customer facing teams:
- Calculation of results and amounts payable
- Managing systems for results calculation
- Assisting with target setting, & preparation of compensation letters
- Support in developing a compensation strategy aligned with company goals
- Compensation & KPI structures
- Special performance incentives.
- Actively engaged with AI & technology to drive automation and increase performance
- Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, Agentforce, among others to streamline workflows where possible.
- Manage use of existing compensation platforms and proactively search for improvements to process for administration and end users
- Support Regional Frontline Strategy Program Managers in analyzing & diagnosing performance issues
- You will work with regional leaders to review team plans, quota & target allocation, and target achievements of our Frontline Teams (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, etc)
- You will assist to monitor the progress against targets (financial & other), be responsible to support in preparing forecasts
- Work closely with the teams supporting our global compensation strategy: other Rev Ops teams, business leaders, HR, & Finance
- Contribute your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future.
Qualifications
Ideally experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Payroll, Sales Performance Management, or Financial Analysis
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Willing to learn how to use new technologies including AI
Ability in Excel & Word is paramount
