What are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our revenue growth by engaging with inbound leads, event-generated contacts, and targeted outbound accounts. This role focuses on quality conversations, strong sales alignment, and disciplined follow-up to convert interest into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with account executives, Marketing, and Partners to build pipeline and accelerate deal velocity across your region.
How will you make an impact?
- Quickly learn and clearly explain technical products and concepts across SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud
- Proactively work on leads generated from
Engage prospects across multiple channels including:
Understand customer challenges and business motivations, and position relevant solutions
Qualify opportunities and pass high-quality meetings to Account Managers
Work closely with account managers to:
- Align on target accounts
- Refine messaging
- Support coordinated outreach strategies
·Establish clear follow-up processes and best practices to improve engagement and conversion
·Share market feedback and prospect insights
· Maintain accurate records of all activities in SFDC and related tools
·Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and performance targets, focused on:
- Qualified meetings
- Pipeline contribution
- Conversion quality
