We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.
But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!
The Role
The Graphic Designer on our Mid-Market pod plays a critical role in helping CompanyCam move upmarket. You'll create visual assets that help us win and support larger construction companies—businesses with complex decision-making processes and higher expectations for professionalism and polish. This means designing digital ads, sales presentations, data-driven collateral, partnership materials, and scalable template systems that empower non-designers across sales, partnerships, and franchise teams. We're looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, an eye for clean layouts and data visualization, and a systems-thinking approach to creating repeatable, high-quality assets.
Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska or the surrounding metro area.
What You'll Do
- Design high-impact sales and marketing materials including digital ads, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, and ROI calculators that help close larger deals
- Build scalable template systems in Canva and other platforms that enable sales, partnerships, and franchise teams to create on-brand materials independently
- Visualize complex data and statistics in ways that are clear, compelling, and persuasive for business decision-makers
- Create assets across digital and print channels including email campaigns, web graphics, event materials, and sales collateral
- Work primarily in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with supplemental use of Figma and Canva for collaborative and template-based work
- Collaborate with the creative pod to execute on strategic initiatives, provide design feedback, and maintain brand consistency
- Partner with stakeholders across sales enablement, partnerships, and marketing to understand needs and deliver solutions that drive results
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all mid-market touch-points
The Impact You'll Have
At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
- Enabling larger deals by creating professional, persuasive visual materials that meet the expectations of sophisticated buyers
- Empowering teams at scale by building template systems that maintain quality and brand consistency while giving non-designers autonomy
- Accelerating growth by providing the creative assets that support CompanyCam's move into the mid-market segment
- Strengthening partnerships by creating co-branded materials and resources that unlock new distribution channels
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in professional graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Clean, professional layouts for business audiences
- Data visualization and infographic design
- Mix of digital ad print collateral**, including digital advertising**
- Attention to typography, hierarchy, and information design
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in digital marketing or web design, preferred
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
