Administrative Business Partner – Opportunity for Categorie Protette Candidates (L. 68/99)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team and deliver top-tier administrative support to our Senior Sales Leadership. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations while supporting the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, preparing meetings, and organizing travel.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence in a precise and professional manner.
Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for the leadership team.
Collaborate with the sales teams to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
Marketing Event Support:
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and materials preparation.
Manage event promotion, attendee registration, and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, blending executive support, sales analysis, and/or marketing.
Familiar with tools like Excel or Salesforce
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight schedule pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
