Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior People Partner role stands out in the SaaS landscape because it sits directly at the intersection of product-led technology and commercial execution. Synthesia is positioned as an enterprise-facing AI platform, and the listing signals a company operating at meaningful scale with global GTM leadership across regions. In that context, the People Partner function becomes a lever for predictable revenue operations, leadership capacity, and organizational design rather than a purely HR service layer.
For a SaaS career, the work maps closely to the operating system of modern go-to-market teams: workforce planning tied to business strategy, data-informed decisions on talent and engagement, and change management as teams evolve. Experience advising Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders is highly portable across B2B SaaS, particularly for professionals aiming to deepen fluency in how commercial orgs scale and how people programs translate into execution.
The role is best suited to someone who prefers senior stakeholder partnership, enjoys balancing strategic counsel with hands-on delivery, and is comfortable navigating complex employee relations alongside org-level initiatives. It will fit a practitioner who wants proximity to GTM decision-making and is motivated by building repeatable people practices across a multi-region SaaS organization.
