Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Global Go-To-Market Sourcer roles sit close to the revenue engine in B2B SaaS, where hiring decisions directly shape how a company sells, retains, and expands recurring revenue. This listing stands out for its explicit coverage of multiple SaaS motions, including Enterprise IT, MSP, Channel, and Partner, and for spanning North America and EMEA. The remit signals a business with a mature, multi-region go-to-market model rather than a single-market sales org.
For a SaaS recruiting career, the value is in learning how different GTM functions interlock across the customer lifecycle, from new logo acquisition to customer success and partner-led growth. The emphasis on competitive mapping, segment-based market intelligence, and sourcing analytics builds skills that translate across SaaS categories, especially where deal cycles are complex and buyer personas vary by route to market. Exposure to GDPR-aware practices also reflects the operational realities of global SaaS talent work.
This role fits a sourcer who prefers structured, research-led work and enjoys translating commercial context into targeted outreach. It will suit someone comfortable partnering with senior revenue stakeholders, managing searches across time zones, and iterating based on funnel data, particularly in environments where channel and MSP ecosystems matter.
