Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Sales Development work remains one of the clearest entry points into SaaS revenue engines, and this role sits in a product area where trust, continuity, and risk reduction drive buying decisions. With Veeam positioned in data resilience, the outreach is likely to involve multi-stakeholder conversations and practical discovery around operational needs, rather than purely feature-led pitching. The Warsaw-based, on-site setup also signals a structured commercial environment with close day-to-day coordination.
For a SaaS career, the value here is in learning repeatable pipeline creation: territory planning, identifying whitespace, and translating early signals into qualified opportunities. Regular KPI tracking through Salesforce encourages disciplined activity management and measurable improvement, while exposure to quotations and product information builds commercial fluency beyond initial prospecting. Participation in call-out days and events adds experience with coordinated campaigns and field alignment common in established SaaS go-to-market teams.
This position fits someone who prefers systematic prospecting, careful CRM hygiene, and steady iteration on messaging. It should suit early-career sellers or career switchers who want a foundation in outbound and qualification, especially those comfortable operating in Polish and English and collaborating closely with account teams in a shared office environment.
