Senior Marketing Manager - Planning and Insights Position Summary
Delinea is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing insights, planning, and program management initiatives.
Reporting to the VP Global Growth Marketing, this strategic role partners closely with the marketing leadership team to drive excellence in five core areas:
Planning: Lead the development and orchestration of our annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Insights: Deliver actionable analysis on marketing performance and uncover opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Develop and manage a suite of marketing management reports and dashboards
Transformation: Lead key transformational projects.
Budget Management: Support the VP Global Growth Marketing with management of the marketing organization budget
We're looking for a dynamic marketer with a strong foundation in growth and demand generation, paired with hands-on experience in digital, channel, and field marketing—preferably within cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, equally comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into bold ideas. They're a proactive, resourceful team player who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams
Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment)
Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease.
Performs well under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, even when navigating budget or resource constraints.
Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing.
Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
7+ years of marketing experience at high-growth tech companies
Experience operating within a global marketing organization, navigating cross-regional collaboration and execution.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
