Our team operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and R&D execution - partnering closely with Engineering & Product, Technical Program Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Human Resources, Recruiting and Snowflake’s Executive Leadership to ensure that R&D investments are efficient, effective and aligned to Snowflake’s growth priorities.
This is an early-in-career role supporting the Product Finance team, offering hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, and business partnership with a fast-paced R&D organization. You will help maintain forecasts and analyze performance across product lines and initiatives. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn and motivated to build strong business fundamentals and acumen.
What You Will Do:
This role will support recurring reporting, own budgeting variance analyses, and help translate data into actionable, clear insights for R&D stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners, developing the skills to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve processes. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong analytical curiosity who wants to grow into a strategic finance partner over time.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience: background in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision making
Strong sense of accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to learning, improving, and driving work forward
AI competency and familiarity - uses AI solutions as tools to automate manual, recurring processes and deliverables
Prior cloud-based or SaaS company experience is a plus:
