Overview
Genesys is seeking a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our global Identity and Access Management team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual contributor who can independently deliver on defined IAM capabilities, support day-to-day operations, and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
The IAM Engineer will support enterprise IAM platforms and processes including SSO, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), directory services, and access controls, while gaining deeper exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in support of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Execute IAM operational activities such as user provisioning/deprovisioning, access changes, access reviews, and authentication workflows.
Assist with directory and cloud identity operations in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user, group, and access management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and identity lifecycle concepts.
