About the position:
Optibus is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team in the challenge of creating the next generation of public transportation solutions, to change the mobility world as we know it!
As the product manager in this group, you will take part in building the next generation of real-time products for our users. You will play a key role in forming a product team and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your product and features. You will closely collaborate with a cross-functional team and play a key role in shaping and building the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Fully own the product life cycle of your product & features; from ideation through development, to launch.
- Drive product adoption and value delivery by proactively engaging with new clients to gather requirements.
- Gain a deep understanding of your user personas, user needs and main pain points for each user persona - conduct interviews with prospects, key users and design partners, lead exploration sessions and perform market research.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to disrupt the industry by leveraging cutting edge technologies
- Translate user needs into features - work closely with designers, engineers and other product managers to define requirements, build wireframes & designs, and write specs & user stories.
- Prioritize and execute our high paced development sprints for the entire product team
- Constantly monitor and validate the success of the features under your responsibility
- Shape the short and long-term roadmap of the product
- Take a leading role in setting your team’s OKRs and building the quarterly plan
- Participate in outbound activities to provide knowledge and insights to guide marketing and sales efforts
- Work closely with CS & Onboarding teams to ensure a successful and efficient rollout for the first clients
