Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring online orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Monitor daily online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns on online platforms.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Plan and implement online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams for promotional banners and campaigns.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
