Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Client Delivery Team Lead role sits at a core SaaS pressure point: turning a sophisticated product into a repeatable customer outcome. Tabs operates in revenue automation for finance and accounting teams, where implementations often involve integrations and compliance-driven workflows. That combination makes delivery a strategic function rather than a handoff, especially at an early-stage company founded in 2023 and still defining how onboarding scales.
For a SaaS career, the role offers leverage across multiple disciplines that tend to compound over time. Leading implementations while staying hands-on builds fluency in cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering, and strengthens judgment around what should be solved through process, configuration, or roadmap change. Experience with ERP connectivity and revenue recognition requirements also translates well across fintech-adjacent SaaS, where customers expect measurable time-to-value and operational reliability.
This position fits someone who prefers a player-coach lane and enjoys building structure from ambiguity without losing ownership of key accounts. It will suit professionals who like working with finance stakeholders as much as technical teams, and who are motivated by operational metrics and continuous improvement rather than pure relationship management.

Job Description
Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automates the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.
High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.
Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.
About the Role
Tabs is hiring a Client Delivery Team Lead to be a hands-on player‑coach as we scale our customer delivery function. In this role you’ll manage and mentor a small team of Implementation Managers while remaining actively involved in strategic, high‑impact implementations. You’ll shape how Tabs delivers revenue automation solutions to finance and accounting teams, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to create repeatable, scalable processes that drive successful go‑lives and exceptional customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead & coach a small team of Implementation Managers: provide regular feedback, professional development, and model best‑in‑class project delivery and customer communication.
Own high‑impact implementations end‑to‑end: run onboarding for complex customers, map business processes, configure Tabs, manage ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), and ensure smooth go‑lives.
Drive continuous improvement: partner with the Head of Implementation to refine playbooks, standardize workflows, and enhance internal tools and data visibility.
Serve as the customer SME: translate accounting and revenue recognition needs into configuration and implementation decisions; ensure alignment with clients’ finance requirements.
Partner cross‑functionally: surface implementation insights to Product and Engineering, identify product gaps, and help prioritize enhancements that reduce friction and scale delivery.
Measure and elevate team performance: track delivery metrics, surface blockers, and implement coaching or process changes to sustain quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Build for scale: contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge‑sharing practices that strengthen the delivery function as Tabs grows.

Experience
