About the Role:
Wrike is looking for a strategic, high-velocity Events Manager to lead the end-to-end evolution of our global event portfolio. This isn’t just about logistics; it’s about architecting experiences that convert. From our flagship proprietary conferences to global tradeshows, you will own the roadmap, the budget, and the ROI.
If you thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, excel at cross-time-zone coordination, and view event management as a rigorous project management discipline, we want to talk to you.
Your Impact:
You will be the "Air Traffic Controller" for Wrike’s physical and virtual presence globally. Your mission covers four key pillars:
1. Strategic Architecture & ROI
- Develop multi-year event roadmaps that align with global sales and regional marketing goals.
- Establish and track event KPIs, delivering executive-level reporting on ROI, pipeline impact, and attendee sentiment.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to ensure every event is a high-performing lead-generation engine.
2. End-to-End Execution
- Lead the "lifecycle" of complex, multi-day global events—from initial strategy to on-site "flawless delivery."
- Own the logistics stack: venue sourcing, vendor management, technical production, and registration strategy.
- Manage global "swag" programs, branding, and inventory systems to ensure a premium brand presence.
3. Commercial Ownership
- Identify events to ensure we reach the right ICPs.
- Manage global event budgets with financial discipline, ensuring high-impact execution.
4. Operational Excellence
- Scale our impact by developing global event "Playbooks" and SOPs.
- Manage high-level agency relationships (e.g., virtual production partners) to maintain a world-class standard across all regions.
Your Qualifications:
- The Seasoned Pro: 5–7+ years in event management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software space.
- The Master Orchestrator: You have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-day conferences across different global regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
- The Technical Planner: You are comfortable navigating event tech stacks (registration tools, virtual platforms) and CRM integrations (Salesforce/Marketo).
- The Calm Force: You possess exceptional attention to detail and stay cool when the "live event" pressure is on.
- The Global Citizen: You are effective at collaborating across time zones and are ready to travel (~15%) to bring our events to life.
