Drive revenue growth by expanding Genesys Cloud adoption across Brazil’s commercial segment, helping organizations modernize how they connect with customers and employees. This role shapes how mid-market and enterprise businesses leverage AI-powered customer experience solutions to improve engagement, efficiency, and long-term loyalty. You will operate with full ownership of your territory, influencing go-to-market strategy, building executive relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes. At Genesys, you will be part of a global team advancing customer experience through AI innovation and empathy, while gaining exposure to high-impact deals and strategic growth opportunities across a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed revenue targets by driving net-new business and expanding existing accounts within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close, ensuring predictable outcomes
- Engage C-level and senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position Genesys Cloud as a strategic solution
- Drive commercial negotiations that balance customer value with business objectives, including pricing and contract structuring
- Partner cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Partners, and Marketing to deliver differentiated and competitive sales strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting to support business planning and performance tracking
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales within commercial or enterprise segments
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling CX, Contact Center, Cloud, or AI-based solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset within dynamic environments
