Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Benefits operations is often an overlooked lever in SaaS, yet it directly affects retention, mobility, and the ability to hire consistently across regions. This Senior Benefits Analyst remit sits in the EMEA layer of a global People Operations function, where multi country administration, vendor management, and policy alignment tend to be tightly coupled to how SaaS organisations standardise processes while staying compliant locally. The inclusion of Workday process ownership signals an environment where HR systems and data quality matter, not just transactional administration.
For a SaaS career, the role builds durable capability in operating at scale across jurisdictions, translating regulatory requirements into repeatable workflows, and using structured data to support renewals and program changes. Exposure to M&A support work also adds a useful SaaS pattern: integrating acquired populations and harmonising benefits and time off practices without breaking employee experience or governance. The emphasis on Excel and collaborative tooling points to analytical problem solving as a core expectation.
This position best fits someone who prefers operational depth, clear service ownership, and cross functional coordination with brokers, vendors, and shared services. It suits professionals who want to become a regional specialist in global People Ops and who are comfortable balancing employee inquiry resolution with process improvement and compliance discipline.
