You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are eager to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity to their clients.
You’ll master how to build and nurture relationships within the MSP channel, gaining hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders while paving your path to become a top-performing Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Drive outbound outreach: cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn, to connect with high-potential MSPs.
- Qualify & Convert: Run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads using proven frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales: Partner with Account Executives to build strong pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win.
- Leverage Tools: Own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach.
- Drive Results: Meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve.
Requirements
- Experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn and in person at events, you know how to personalize and stand out.
- Strong research and prospecting skills, comfortable navigating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment.
- Motivated go-getter who is looking to scale their sales career fast.
- Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus, curiosity and grit are musts.
