Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition role sits at a point where SaaS companies often differentiate: building repeatable, high-signal technical hiring systems across multiple European hubs. With a focus on R&D disciplines like engineering, AI/ML, product development, and data science, the remit reflects the realities of modern SaaS product organizations where talent strategy directly shapes what gets built and how quickly teams can evolve.
For a long-term SaaS career, the role offers leverage beyond recruiting operations by tying workforce planning, location strategy, and pipeline health to product and platform priorities. Experience with data-led recruiting, ecosystem development, and early-career program design tends to translate well across SaaS firms that need durable hiring engines rather than short-term requisition coverage. The emphasis on tooling, automation, and analytics also aligns with how SaaS functions increasingly measure and optimize internal workflows.
This position is best suited to a leader who balances strategic advising with hands-on execution, and who is comfortable partnering closely with senior technical stakeholders. It will appeal to professionals who prefer building scalable mechanisms, cultivating external networks, and elevating hiring capability across an organization rather than focusing solely on individual searches.
