Join our rapidly expanding marketing team as a Corporate Events Coordinator, bringing a keen eye for detail and a creative flair to the role. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Events, you will not only bolster the existing events strategy through event research, discovery, logistics, planning, and timely execution but also play a crucial part in scaling NinjaOne's demand generation efforts in the North American markets. This role requires passion, exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, and independence as you collaborate closely with sales and other marketing functional teams.
Location - Based in the heart of Austin, TX, this hybrid role primarily operates from our downtown office. You'll be in-office on Tuesdays & Thursdays; Forget about parking woes - we've got it covered!
Event Logistics: Own 10-15+ corporate events and conferences, including tradeshows and regional events. Manage comprehensive event logistics, including scheduling, strategic planning, swag coordination, budget management, onsite team coordination, vendor oversight, and flawless execution
Event Research: Actively drive research to identify relevant events, conferences, and tradeshows. Evaluate potential events based on their alignment with business goals and target audiences. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to determine the most impactful opportunities. Ensure proper vetting and qualification of events to support demand generation and customer engagement. Be a presenter and idea sharer, presenting your researched recommendations to the team to drive decision-making and strategic alignment
Promotion: You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media campaigns, email communications, and sales cadences for NinjaOne’s events. Ensure prospects and customers are well-informed by engaging with the NinjaOne team to amplify event awareness. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product leadership to strategically drive demand generation and customer initiatives, aligning with business results
Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key vendor partners, including warehouses, printers, event hosts, and more to support ongoing growth. Participate in regular calls with partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate event logistics, ensuring timely updates and necessary information
Keep Us Organized: Drive organizational efficiency by managing multiple events and complex timetables in a fast-paced environment. Track activities from lead generation to inventory management. Utilize tools like Asana to assign program elements, actively track progress, and apply proven project management skills to create, drive, and execute successful events. Assume responsibility for swag inventory, shipments, expenses, vendor management, and more
Event Enthusiast: You love being boots on the ground at in-person events and have the miles and steps to prove it! You are experienced in managing 15+ events annually, averaging 1-3 corporate events per month, handling everything from booth setup to post-event communications
Attention to Detail & Organization: You’re the go-to person for those crucial details that make a significant impact. You are celebrated for your precision in keeping projects on track, maintaining organization, and nailing communication. You excel at managing multiple events and projects with various teams in a lightning-fast environment
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive working alongside fast-moving sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as marketing, design, and product. You bring an outgoing, pleasant attitude to every team and event, commanding the space without ego
Tech-Savvy: You are well-versed in using essential tools like Tableau, Asana, SalesLoft, and Salesforce. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred
