Job Description
EcoVadis is recruiting an Automation & AI Finance Senior Associate to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and control of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes through automation, process optimization, and AI-driven solutions.
This role will be part of the Accounting, Billing and Collection department and shall combine operational accounting expertise with technology and data capabilities to review, standardize, and improve core finance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and sustainable performance as the business scales.
Core responsibilities:
- Review, standardize and optimize core accounting processes across Procure-to-Pay (Accounts Payable), Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
- Focus on automation of current tools and reports
- Focus on AI implementation (Claude Code) in month-end and year-end financial close processes, including reconciliations and reporting
- Own and improve Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, approvals, and payment cycles
- Support and enhance month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes,
- Act as a bridge between Accounting, Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams
- Leverage data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support the integration and optimization of ERP (Netsuite) and finance systems
Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of proven experience in automation or in finance departments with a good knowledge of back office processes
- Expertise in agentic AI
- Good knowledge of Netsuite ERP is a must
- Good command of English is required
- Experience in Tableau, Blackline, FloQast is a plus
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes (AP, O2C, R2R)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

- Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office)
