Software Engineer – AI Services
We build AI-powered systems that analyze and evaluate contact-center conversations at scale, including Sentiment Analysis, Agent Empathy, and Conversation Scoring. Our services process over 10 million interactions daily worldwide.

We are looking for great people who are team players to join our Tel-Aviv team. The work is challenging, creative and fast paced.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with AI research team to productionize models into scalable services
Build and maintain scalable services handling high-volume workloads
Design and develop high quality, efficient, testable software
Own features all the way from design and implementation to production
Actively participate in code reviews as a reviewer and author, kindly exchanging constructive comments
Embrace change and be ready to adapt to evolving requirements, technologies, and priorities
Take initiative in learning new technologies and improving existing systems
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
Detailed understanding of object-oriented concepts and design
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python or Java
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have:
2+ years of professional experience as software engineer
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Experience with LLMs or ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience with CI/CD tools
