Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Implementation and solutions roles sit at a critical junction in SaaS: they translate a configured product into real customer outcomes. This Solutions Manager position is notable because it centers on end to end delivery of a specific module, Course Planner, while coordinating closely with Customer Success. The remit spans multiple districts and regions, reflecting a SaaS environment where repeatable rollout patterns must still accommodate meaningful variation in customer context.
For a long-term SaaS career, the work builds durable strengths in onboarding and time to value, including scoping, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. The emphasis on data dependencies, integrations, and large scale spreadsheet work also develops the operational literacy that often separates strong implementers from generalist project managers. Involvement in documenting challenges and supporting product QA provides a practical view of how customer feedback becomes product improvements.
This role tends to suit professionals who enjoy structured project ownership and can switch between technical configuration details and plain language customer communication. It aligns well with someone who prefers cross functional collaboration, is comfortable driving momentum across multiple accounts, and wants to deepen expertise in implementation as a distinct track within B2B SaaS.
