Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
People systems and analytics sit at the centre of how SaaS companies scale, particularly when teams span multiple regions and time zones. This Workday and Data Analyst role is notable for its remit across a global People function, where Workday configuration and reporting become operational infrastructure rather than back-office support.
For a SaaS career, the value lies in developing fluency at the intersection of HR operations, data quality, and platform governance. Owning monthly People analysis and building dashboards around core metrics like headcount and attrition strengthens the ability to translate organisational questions into reliable reporting. Experience supporting release cycles, audits, and structured change delivery also builds a repeatable playbook that transfers well across SaaS environments that depend on predictable systems and clean data.

- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive automation within the Workday platform.
Stakeholder Support & Training:
- Act as a primary point of contact for Workday queries from HR Business Partners, People Operations, and business users globally.
- Provide training, user guides, and self-service enablement to ensure adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and COEs to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Integrations & Data Management:
- Support Workday integrations as required.
- Manage data loads and mass data changes using EIBs, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Work with IT and third-party vendors on integration design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with teams in EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Pro certification in one or more modules (HCM, Reporting, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
- Experience with Workday integrations.
- Familiarity with Workday Analytics or People Analytics.
- Ideally exposure to Workday Payroll (US, UK, or APAC countries).
- Background in HR Operations, People Analytics, or HRIS in a shared services or COE model.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to work on a truly global platform impacting hundreds of employees worldwide.
- Exposure to cutting-edge Workday features and roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborative, inclusive culture with strong investment in professional development.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package aligned to Indian market standards.
