Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Recruiter, EMEA role stands out as a talent function seat inside an AI-driven SaaS business serving enterprise customers across many geographies. In SaaS, hiring is tightly coupled to go-to-market execution and product delivery, and the listing signals a company operating at meaningful scale with a global footprint. That combination makes recruiting less about filling roles in isolation and more about building repeatable systems that support sustained expansion.
For a SaaS career, the value is in developing a full-cycle recruiting toolkit that translates across functions and growth phases. The work touches multiple departments and relies on pipeline creation, stakeholder partnership, and the use of recruiting metrics, all core capabilities in modern SaaS talent teams. Experience shaping process, tracking outcomes, and adapting sourcing to market conditions tends to compound over time, especially in companies where headcount planning and execution are under scrutiny.
This role best fits a recruiter who prefers ownership over a defined region and is comfortable operating with autonomy while coordinating closely with hiring managers. It suits someone who enjoys balancing sourcing craft with operational discipline, and who wants their impact to be visible through measurable hiring outcomes rather than solely through activity volume.
