Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Recruiting coordination is an underappreciated lever in SaaS, where hiring volume and speed can shift quickly as teams scale product, sales, and customer functions. This HR Coordinator role in Pasig City sits close to the operational core of talent acquisition, with direct exposure to how a SaaS organisation manages candidate experience, scheduling complexity, and stakeholder alignment across recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.
From a SaaS career perspective, the role builds durable operating skills that translate across companies and stages: running repeatable processes, maintaining high-quality data in an ATS, and communicating clearly across distributed calendars and time zones. Working with systems like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter also develops fluency in the tooling layer that many SaaS teams standardise on, making the experience portable into broader People Ops or Talent Operations paths.
This position will suit professionals who enjoy structured execution, meticulous follow-through, and being the coordination hub that keeps a multi-party process moving. It also fits someone comfortable with high-interaction work and consistent written communication, including remote-first norms such as on-camera collaboration and working US Pacific hours.
