Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Pigment sits in the enterprise SaaS layer where planning and performance management software becomes a core system for Finance and adjacent functions. In that context, a Change and Adoption Lead is central to turning a platform rollout into sustained usage across complex, multi-stakeholder organisations, particularly when the product touches forecasting, consolidation, and operating rhythms.
The role builds durable SaaS career capital because it sits at the intersection of customer success, transformation delivery, and product-led behaviour change. Experience translating usage signals into adoption actions, shaping governance after go-live, and standardising methodology into reusable assets is widely transferable across enterprise SaaS vendors, implementation ecosystems, and advisory functions supporting recurring-revenue businesses.
This position best fits professionals who prefer structured problem solving and credibility-led influence over direct authority, and who are comfortable working across account teams, partners, and senior client sponsors. It will suit someone who enjoys balancing client delivery with internal practice-building, and who wants a SaaS path that stays close to measurable outcomes like activation, retention, and long-term platform embedment across EMEA stakeholders.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
