Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Tabs sits in a growing corner of B2B SaaS where product decisions directly shape how money moves through a company. As an AI native platform focused on contract to cash workflows, it operates at the intersection of billing, collections, revenue recognition, and compliance, domains where reliability and data integrity matter as much as UX. A Product Manager here is positioned close to core systems that finance and accounting teams depend on, rather than peripheral features.
For a SaaS product career, this kind of scope builds durable skills in platform thinking, workflow design, and metric driven iteration. The role’s emphasis on turning unstructured inputs into structured processes, and on reducing implementation friction through onboarding and configuration, maps to common scaling challenges across modern SaaS. Experience balancing customer discovery with technical tradeoffs is broadly portable to other enterprise and fintech adjacent products.
This role tends to suit Product Managers who enjoy owning a defined domain end to end and collaborating deeply with engineering and design. It is also a strong fit for those comfortable operating with imperfect information, aligning stakeholders through clear communication, and staying close to customer problems in operationally complex environments.

Job Description
Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automate the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.
High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.
Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.
About the Role
We're growing our product team and hiring Product Managers across multiple domains and levels. Whether you're an experienced PM looking to own a critical surface area or a strong mid-level PM ready for more ownership, we want to talk to you.
Tabs is at an exciting inflection point — we're scaling the platform, expanding into new product areas, and building out the team that will take us there. The right candidates will have the opportunity to shape their domain from the ground up, working closely with engineering, design, and our customers.
In your conversations with us, we'll work together to find the best fit based on your background, experience, and interests. Current areas of investment include contract processing (turning unstructured contract data into structured billing and revenue workflows) and merchant onboarding and configuration (making it faster and more self-serviceable for merchants to go live on Tabs).
How We Work
We work hard. Short sprints, weekly ship goals, and rapid feedback cycles built around intra-month product releases.
We work smart. Get in front of the customer, use both data and customer feedback to drive decisions, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
We work together. In-office culture with people you want to work with. Lots of whiteboard space. Expensed coffee, lunch, and dinner when in the office.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your domain — from problem discovery through shipped product
Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features on fast timelines
Develop a deep understanding of your customers — finance leaders, accounting professionals, and the internal teams that support them — and use that to drive prioritization
Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and make crisp decisions in the face of incomplete information
Define success metrics, track outcomes, and iterate based on data and customer feedback
Collaborate across the product org to ensure your domain fits into the broader Tabs platform coherently
Depending on your domain: translate unstructured contract and billing data into structured workflows that downstream systems can act on; or build internal tooling and self-serve experiences that reduce implementation burden and accelerate merchant onboarding
About You
3–7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software (we're hiring across levels)
Track record of owning complex problem spaces and shipping meaningful product
Strong systems thinker — you understand how data flows, how services interact, and how product decisions create downstream consequences
Comfortable going deep with engineering while staying sharp on customer needs and business impact
Excellent communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the org is still being shaped
Experience with financial systems, billing, contracts, or accounting workflows is a plus — but what matters most is intellectual curiosity, strong product instincts, and the ability to get things done
Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
Competitive compensation and equity
Unlimited PTO
Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)
Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.
Parental leave up to 12 weeks
Tax free commuter and parking benefits
Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)
Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)
Free One Medical Membership
401k
