Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Staff Product Manager role sits at an increasingly important intersection in SaaS: platform products that orchestrate multi-party workflows and embed AI into day-to-day delivery. Superspace appears to function as a core system of record for creative operations, serving both paying customers and internal production teams, which is a common pattern in SaaS businesses that blend software with managed services.
For a SaaS product leader, the career upside is exposure to platform thinking at scale: balancing multiple user types, aligning several product initiatives into a coherent experience, and tying product decisions to operational outcomes. The remit also signals meaningful learning in AI-enabled product development, where value comes from integrating models, agents, and proprietary data into repeatable workflows rather than shipping isolated features.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys ambiguity and coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, and service-oriented stakeholders, and who can translate business goals into prioritization frameworks. It will fit a senior PM ready to lead a large pod, influence strategy with executives, and stay close to prototyping and iteration while keeping an eye on adoption and efficiency.
