Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Tabs sits in a newer wave of AI-native B2B SaaS aimed at automating core finance workflows, and that makes enablement a leverage point rather than a support function. When a product touches billing, collections, and revenue recognition, credibility in customer conversations depends on tight internal product fluency across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. A dedicated Product Enablement Lead signals a company investing in repeatable go-to-market mechanics as the platform evolves.
For a SaaS career, this role builds durable experience at the intersection of product change and revenue execution. Owning training infrastructure, knowledge systems, and readiness programs develops a toolkit that transfers across SaaS categories: translating roadmaps into field behavior, creating feedback loops from win loss and the front line, and measuring program effectiveness. It is also a practical vantage point for understanding how positioning, onboarding, and lifecycle motions connect from pre-sale through renewal.
This position tends to suit operators who like building from first principles and turning complexity into usable playbooks. It fits someone comfortable partnering across Product, PMM, and GTM leadership, and who prefers work that blends content, facilitation, and systems thinking. An interest in selling to finance stakeholders is a natural alignment given the domain.
