Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Within the SaaS ecosystem, partner enablement roles sit at the intersection of product, services, and go to market, shaping how effectively an implementation partner network can deliver outcomes at scale. This Principal Delivery Manager position is notable because it is anchored in a specialist finance platform, where solution design and performance considerations tend to be tightly coupled to real operational processes and stakeholder expectations.
For a long-term SaaS career, the role builds durable experience in translating product capability into repeatable delivery patterns across multiple partner teams and customer environments. It also offers exposure to the feedback loop between field delivery and product evolution through design reviews, health checks, and participation in testing new functionality. Over time, that combination strengthens skills in solution architecture governance, adoption risk management, and cross-functional communication that are broadly transferable across enterprise SaaS.
This role is best suited to senior practitioners who prefer advisory influence over direct line ownership, and who enjoy coaching partners through ambiguity into clear implementation decisions. It will appeal to those comfortable balancing customer outcomes, partner capability building, and internal alignment, particularly in finance-led transformation contexts.
