Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Corporate Counsel role sits at a core SaaS junction where productized software revenue meets services delivery. Supporting Global Customer Experience and Services Delivery at an enterprise cloud vendor means legal work is closely tied to how customers adopt the platform, how technical work is scoped, and how commercial terms hold up once implementations and ongoing support begin.
For a SaaS legal career, the durable value is the chance to build repeatable patterns around contracting at scale, especially where Statements of Work, customer-facing delivery, and cross functional decision making intersect. The remit touches recurring revenue mechanics and the operational realities behind enterprise customer outcomes, creating experience that transfers across SaaS companies with professional services, solution engineering, or customer success motions.
The role fits counsel who prefers being embedded with business stakeholders rather than operating as a back office reviewer. It will suit someone comfortable balancing pragmatism with risk management, and who enjoys shaping templates, training, and process improvements alongside negotiating individual deals. A professional who wants exposure to the customer lifecycle beyond initial sales will find the scope particularly relevant.
