Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office role stands out because it sits at the intersection of product demand and commercial execution in a technical SaaS business. With an SDK and viewer used by robotics and spatial AI teams, the company appears to be moving from early adoption into the work of turning usage into repeatable revenue, while its Hub product operates at data volumes that suggest an infrastructure-heavy SaaS motion.
For a SaaS career, the remit offers a rare view across the operating system of a young company: go-to-market mechanics, sales operations hygiene, lightweight financial planning, and the cadence of investor communication. That combination tends to build strong pattern recognition for how SaaS companies instrument growth, decide what to standardise, and translate market signals into operating priorities, without being confined to a single functional silo.
The role is best suited to a generalist operator who prefers ambiguous problem statements and can move between analysis and execution in the same week. It will fit someone earlier in their leadership arc who wants proximity to founders, is comfortable owning end-to-end outcomes, and can collaborate effectively in a remote setup with defined overlap hours across time zones.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data.
Demand is strong and we need a sharp, high agency operator to own the high leverage work that turns demand into a business. This is a generalist role at its core and you'll spend most of your time on go-to-market and business operations, but the real job is spotting what's broken or missing and fixing it before anyone asks.
This is a true build and ship role. If you like owning messy, ambiguous problems end to end and seeing your work in the numbers, you'll do well here.
What you'll work on
Getting things done: Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen. The scope of this role will keep changing as the company grows.
Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events.
Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs.
Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress.
Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on.
Who you are
Required: 3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role. Bonus points: a technical or engineering degree, sharpened in consulting, then put to work building in startup life. It's not required, but it's the shape of person who tends to thrive here.
A bias for action. You'd rather ship something and iterate alongside, than wait for the perfect plan.
Comfortable in ambiguity. You take a vague problem, scope it, and own it to completion without being managed.
A natural at stakeholder management and communication; you can write a crisp investor update and chase a sales contract in the same afternoon.
Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers. An engineering or technical background is a strong plus.
