Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Within enterprise SaaS, systems integrators remain one of the most influential routes to market, particularly for platforms that sit close to finance and core business processes. This Alliances Director role stands out because it is explicitly built around Global System Integrators and regional partners across Italy and Iberia, where implementation-led adoption and executive sponsorship often determine outcomes as much as product capability.
For a SaaS career, alliances work at this level offers a durable view of how revenue is created beyond direct sales. The remit spans co-sell motions, partner enablement, solution asset development, and feedback loops into market strategy and product roadmap influence. That combination builds fluency in operating with matrixed internal stakeholders while also navigating how large consultancies package, sell, and deliver enterprise software programs.
