Recharge is a global B2C e-commerce platform where consumers buy digital products, payment cards, gift cards, gaming vouchers, and mobile top-ups. Trusted by brands like PaysafeCard, Apple, Google, Vodafone, and PlayStation, we're making prepaid payments simpler, faster, and more accessible worldwide.
We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Global Retention Team and own customer contact strategies across CRM channels, covering recharge.com and our local brands (beltegoed.nl, guthaben.de, recharge.fr) across multiple customer segments, markets, and product categories.
What you'll do
- Drive customer base analysis to identify growth opportunities, retention gaps, and actionable insights to increase customer lifetime value
- Evolve customer lifecycle strategies, improving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing engagement across key segments
- Develop and execute personalized, data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app), tailored to customer behavior and intent
- Leverage marketing automation tools to scale CRM activities, including segmentation, journey orchestration, and A/B testing
Apply AI-driven approaches (e.g. predictive segmentation, recommendation models, send-time optimization, content generation) to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign performance - Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing Automation, Product & Tech, and BI teams to deliver seamless, high-impact CRM initiatives
What you have
- 5+ years experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent or similar)
- Proven analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and translating insights into actions
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI/ML within CRM (predictive modeling, AI-driven personalization, generative AI for content/optimization)
- A commercial mindset focused on driving measurable impact (conversion, retention, CLV)
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and a "get things done" mentality
- Adaptable and eager to learn, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities can change quickly
