Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This listing is featured because it reflects a common SaaS-adjacent pattern: a platform business (Leap) operating as the infrastructure layer for modern brands, with front-line roles that still run on measurable performance systems. While the work is in-person at a retail kiosk, the emphasis on structured KPIs and repeatable playbooks maps closely to how SaaS teams manage funnels and lifecycle outcomes.
For SaaS-minded professionals, the career signal here is exposure to metric-driven execution and customer experience discipline. Concepts like conversion, retention, and NPS are core to subscription businesses, and learning to influence them through consistent discovery, education, and follow-through is transferable to SaaS roles in customer success, support, and even sales development. The role also builds comfort with operating standards and operational cadence, which matters in SaaS environments where process quality compounds over time.
This position tends to suit someone early in a commercial career who prefers clear goals, frequent customer interaction, and tangible feedback loops. It also fits candidates curious about how data-informed operating models translate into day-to-day customer conversations, and who want a foundation in customer outcomes before moving deeper into SaaS go-to-market functions.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
About the Brand:
During the more than two decades her studio was in business, Laura became known for her wearable looks and magnetic personality–two talents that made her a resounding success when she launched Laura Geller Beauty in 1997. Her debut product – a highlight and contour kit – sold out in minutes during her first appearance on QVC. Within a few years, she debuted the award-winning Spackle Skin Perfecting Primer, widely considered to be the first makeup primer on the market.
Today, Laura Geller Beauty proudly sits under the AS Beauty family of brands, a firm specializing in the development and incubation of female-founded beauty brands. Laura Geller herself remains the longest-serving beauty ambassador on QVC, where she continues to captivate millions with her simple and educational approach to everyday makeup.
