Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Staff Product Designer roles are often where enterprise SaaS platforms either become truly operable at scale or remain a collection of features. This position stands out because it centers on the “control tower” layer of an agentic AI product, the part that turns advanced automation into something enterprises can configure, govern, and monitor with confidence. In the current SaaS landscape, that combination of AI capability and administrative UX is becoming a defining differentiator for B2B platforms.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work maps closely to high-leverage problems that recur across modern enterprise products: shaping mental models for complex systems, creating patterns other teams build on, and translating technical depth into workflows that support adoption. The emphasis on self-serve onboarding and in-product education also reflects a broader shift toward product-led motions, giving experience that transfers across categories like data tools, workflow software, and developer platforms.
The role is best suited to a senior designer who prefers ambiguous, foundational problem spaces over incremental UI refinement, and who enjoys partnering closely with product and engineering to set quality bars. It will particularly fit someone motivated by direct enterprise customer exposure and by designing for governance, reliability, and scale in SaaS environments.

Job Description
About the Company:
Netomi is the leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. We work with the largest global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, United, and others to enable agentic automation at scale across the entire customer journey. Our no-code platform delivers the fastest time to market, lowest total cost of ownership, and simple, scalable management of AI agents for any CX use case. Backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, we help enterprises drive efficiency, lower costs, and deliver higher quality customer experiences.
Want to be part of the AI revolution and transform how the world’s largest global brands do business? Join us!
About the Role
You'll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of our platform, starting with our customer-facing control tower, where enterprises design, govern, and monitor their AI agents. Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX: taking ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces and turning them into experiences that feel inevitable.

Responsibilities
-
Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives: from framing the problem and shaping strategy through to shipped, polished UX
-
Bring coherence to the control tower, unifying agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one clear mental model for customers
-
Drive the design side of our PLG transition: self-serve onboarding, in-product education, and experiences that convert without a sales call
-
Work directly with real enterprise customers, observing their challenges firsthand and designing solutions that hold up in the world's most complex CX environments
-
Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers build on
-
Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies
Requirement
-
8–12 years of product design experience, with significant time on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms (AI, data, developer tools, or workflow products a plus)
-
Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped, not just execution against a spec
-
High agency: you find the problems worth solving, rally people around them, and drive them to done without waiting for permission
-
Unleashed curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and how the business works
-
Strong systems thinking: you design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens
-
Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams
-
Portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact on complex products
Why This Role
-
Consequential scope: your work sets the foundation for the platform's future, not incremental polish
-
Real customer problems: direct exposure to Fortune 500 CX challenges and the satisfaction of solving them
-
The PLG inflection point: join at the moment design leverage is highest
-
Frontier domain: agentic AI is being defined right now; you'll help define what humans need to trust and control it
