Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Product Manager role sits at the intersection of two major SaaS shifts: AI-native product development and the modernization of complex, document-heavy enterprise workflows. With Ivo positioned as a contract intelligence platform and described as post Series B, the scope suggests a company moving from early product-market fit into the harder work of making capabilities reliable, repeatable, and broadly usable across customers.
For a SaaS career, the standout value is learning how to translate rapidly evolving LLM capabilities into durable product decisions. The remit emphasizes end-to-end ownership, customer discovery, and measurement, which are core muscles for product leaders in subscription businesses where retention and workflow adoption matter as much as initial activation. Close partnership with go-to-market teams also signals exposure to feedback loops that shape roadmap priorities in B2B SaaS.
This role is best suited to a PM who prefers high judgment work over heavy process, and who enjoys balancing technical possibility with real user constraints. It will fit someone motivated by customer-facing learning and comfortable making tradeoffs when the “right” answer changes as the underlying AI technology advances.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Why Join Ivo?
Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80 page PDFs.
The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years, a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, Intel, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to support product vision, execution, customer value, and business success for key areas of Ivo's platform. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and customer facing teams to deeply understand user problems and translate them into high impact product solutions.
LLM capabilities are moving fast enough that a product decision that made sense six months ago may need rethinking today. You'll need to constantly reassess what AI can actually do, what that means for the user experience, and where the defensible value really lives, not just what looks good in a demo.
What You'll Do
Own key areas of Ivo's platform end to end, from discovery and spec through launch, measurement, and iteration
Spend time with customers: sit in on calls, watch how legal teams actually review contracts, and build the judgment to know which problems matter most
Work with engineering and design daily to scope and ship, writing specs that are precise about the problem and flexible about the solution
Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate them into product decisions: what's newly possible, what's newly commoditized, and where our defensible value lives
Partner with sales and customer success to turn feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals into roadmap priorities
Define success metrics for what you ship and hold yourself to them
What You Bring
2 to 5 years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
Experience owning products from concept to launch
You work well with engineers and earn their trust
Strong customer empathy and the ability to deeply understand complex workflows
You care about understanding customer problems and solving them, not just shipping features
Good judgment about where we non-negotiably need to be best in the world, and where the 80/20 rule applies
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs in a fast paced startup
Ivo Might Be a Good Fit for You If
You have a "do what it takes" attitude, willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself
You'd describe yourself as relentlessly resourceful
You have a strong internal sense of urgency, a bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow
You move fast, communicate clearly, and know where process helps and where it doesn't
Startup experience is preferred but not required
You're excited about the adventure of building a company
