Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Marketing Lead role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits at the intersection of product-led growth and marketplace economics, where acquisition and retention are shaped by both sides of the network. The remit spans multiple LATAM markets and a new vertical, signalling a context where messaging, pricing, and partner promotions must be adapted to local demand patterns while staying consistent with a broader platform.
For a SaaS career, the work maps closely to the skills that compound across modern subscription and usage-based businesses: lifecycle ownership, experimentation, and performance optimisation tied to clear unit metrics. Exposure to CRM, loyalty mechanics, in-app marketing, and UX-informed growth initiatives builds fluency in the full funnel, from activation through LTV, with an emphasis on measuring incremental impact rather than activity volume.
This role is best suited to a marketer who prefers end-to-end accountability and cross-functional execution, working closely with Product, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders. It fits someone comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on iteration, and who is motivated by multi-market problem solving where insights must translate into repeatable growth playbooks.
