Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Corporate communications roles in SaaS sit at the intersection of product narrative, market perception, and stakeholder trust, especially when brand work and company announcements run in parallel. This contract position is notable because it concentrates on execution across multiple channels at once, from thought leadership and launch support to day to day corporate social, which is where many B2B software brands either gain consistency or lose it.
For a SaaS career, the durable value comes from building repeatable communication systems rather than one off campaigns. Work like aligning messaging across teams, maintaining brand standards, and producing executive ready content translates across product led and sales led software companies alike. The mix of writing, editing, and lightweight design also reflects how modern SaaS comms functions operate, with communicators expected to ship polished assets quickly and measure response through social performance tracking.
This role suits a communicator who is comfortable moving between internal and external audiences and who prefers structured project management alongside hands on content production. It will fit someone who enjoys partnering across functions and can maintain editorial discipline while contributing practical improvements to communications workflows.
